As we deal in sacred Yantras and Dharmik products, all sales are final. We do not offer any refunds or returns for purchases made through our website.

Please note: Once a payment is made, orders cannot be canceled, and there is no provision for refund under any circumstance.

2. Damaged Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we are committed to delivering a replacement product within 5–7 working days.

However, since your product is insured, it is mandatory to provide an original, continuous, and unedited video recording of the unpacking process from the moment the packaging is opened.

• The video must clearly show the external packaging, unsealing of the parcel, and the condition of the product inside.
• Do not attempt to fabricate or recreate the video, as such claims will be immediately rejected and no assistance will be provided.

3. Shipping Policy

• All orders are shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional transit days for delivery.
• If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
